How do I download my heatmaps?
Easy! Head over to the media item you want to export the original of and click the download icon in the menu on the top-left hand side of the screen.
This will open up a pop-up menu with three options:
- Original: this will create a download link for the original file.
- Heatmaps: this will create a download link for all heatmaps generated for this file.
- Complete: this will create a download link for the original file, all heatmaps, and the raw data heatmap data.
To download your heatmaps, select the Heatmaps option and click download. The link will be generated and will automatically download the necessary files in a handy zip file.
