Can I download the raw heatmap?

Yes, you can! Head over to the media item you want to export the original of and click the download icon on the top left. This will open up a pop-up menu with three options:

To download the raw heatmap data, select 'Complete': this will create a download package with the original file, all heatmaps, and the raw data heatmap data.

To download the media, simply click the download button underneath the option you want. The download bundle will be generated automatically and will download the necessary files in a handy zip file.
