Logging in
Currently, there are three ways of logging in to our platform, dependent on what has been set up for your organization:
- Logging in with a username and password: our standard way of logging in, is where the username and password are set by the user. The user can reset their password themselves.
- Logging in using Magic link: in addition, users can log in using a magic link which allows them to log in without needing a username and password by requesting a link via their email.
- Logging in using SSO: for larger organizations, we offer the option to log in using Single Sign-On. More information on this can be found in the Setting up SSO article.
