Managing your plan

Want to change your plan? That's easy! Go to your profile by clicking on your icon, and then selecting account settings. Then on the menu on the left click on plan.

On this page you can find your current plan, the plans you can change to and the option to cancel your current plan.

Your current plan
Under current plan you can find any relevant information on your current plan, like the type of plan, the end date and it's current status.

These are the potential options shown under the various items:

  • Plan: Freemium, Core, Core+, Pro, Pro+ or AppSumo.
  • Interval: Monthly, Annual
  • Status: Trialing, Active, Cancelled, Inactive

Changing plans
If you want to change your current plan simply click "Choose plan" for the plan type you would like to switch to. Once you hit the "Choose plan" button a pop-up will ask you if you want to go for the monthly or annual plan. Once you're happy, confirm your choice and follow the steps!

Cancelling your plan
Just like change plans, cancelling plans is also quite straightforward. Simply click the "Cancel plan" button next to your current plan, tick the box and confirm. Your status will now change to Cancelled and your subscription will end at the end of your current billing cycle. Any credits you might have left will be removed and you will no longer have access to your files. This action can be undone until the end of your billing cycle.
